The Vision Behind The Turtl

The vision to create The Turtl came from Mr. Albert Skaggs, the President of Skaggs Builders, Inc. Mr. Skaggs has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Located in South-central Indiana, Skaggs Builders, Inc. has been building custom homes, multi-family complexes, and light commercial buildings since 1977.

With the customer always on his mind, Mr. Skaggs realized the need to help home owners by providing them with a significant upgrade in their crawl space entry system. Mr. Skaggs has been developing ideas for addressing crawl space issues for over 10 years. These efforts have culminated in The Turtl Crawl Space Entry System.
